Fat: 41.10g | Prot: 44.73g | Carb: 139.53g.   Breakfast:  Fried Egg, Coffee, Toasted White Bread, Sodexo Home Fried Potatoes. Lunch:  Watermelon, Arnold Sandwich Thins 100% Whole Grain, Sprite Diet Sprite, Mayonnaise, Pineapple, Oscar Mayer Honey Smoked Turkey Breast & White Turkey, Lay's Honey Barbecue Potato Chips. Dinner:  Great Value Regular Cut French Fried Potatoes, 4C Japanese Style Panko Seasoned Bread Crumbs, Pork Chop, Grapes, Fresh'n Easy Garden Salad, Ranch Salad Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Red Delicious Apples, Ghirardelli Chocolate Caramel Squares, Cereal Snack Mix (Fiber One Choc., Honey Squares & Crispix).
