Lunch:  Butter (for Sweet Potato), Cinnamon Sugar (for Sweet Potato), Plain Sweet Potato, Renegade Top Sirloin (8 oz). Dinner:  Cinnamon Swirl Bread, Milk (Nonfat), Nectarines, Peaches.
