Fat: 52.86g | Prot: 64.95g | Carb: 327.31g.   Breakfast:  Milled Flaxseed, Land O Lakes(R) Half & Half Fat Free, Coffee, 1% Low Fat Milk, Special K, 100% Pure Organic Maple Syrup, Bananas, Multivitamin, Buttermilk Waffles, Nectarines. Lunch:  Stir Fried Vegetables, Whole Wheat Noodles, Virgin Lemonade, Watermelon Strawberry Italian Ice. Dinner:  Bananas (Large), Pistachio Nuts, G2 Perform 02 - Fruit Punch, Cucumber (with Peel), Tomatoes.
