Fat: 72.97g | Prot: 82.71g | Carb: 261.65g.   Breakfast:  White Bread, Mozzarella Cheese, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Dry or Hard Salami. Lunch:  Plain Yogurt, Whole Wheat Bread, Bologna, Kerrygold Dubliner Irish Cheese, Apricots. Dinner:  Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots), Spaghetti, Bulgur (Cooked), Beer. Snacks/Other:  Kroger Crispy Rice Marshmallow Treat, Mixed Nuts.
