Fat: 97.90g | Prot: 79.00g | Carb: 47.17g.   Breakfast:  Pepperjax Grill Shredded Cheese, Egg, Cream Cheese, Coffee, Tomatoes, Mushrooms. Lunch:  Atkins Advantage Chocolate Chip Granola Bar. Dinner:  Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Butter, Sabatino's Smoked Mozzarella with Artichokes & Garlic Chicken Sausage. Snacks/Other:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Spartan Heavy Whipping Cream, Spartan Heavy Whipping Cream, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds).
