Fat: 64.39g | Prot: 81.20g | Carb: 179.68g.   Breakfast:  Toasted Reduced Calorie High Fiber Rye Bread, Countryside Creamery Tastes Like Butter!, Ocean Spray Light Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice. Lunch:  Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat), ShopRite Fresh Frozen Whole Strawberries, Coca-Cola Diet Coke (Can). Dinner:  Pizza Hut 6" Cheese Personal Pan Pizza, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Betty Crocker Hamburger Helper - Stroganoff, Betty Crocker Hamburger Helper - Classic Stroganoff. Snacks/Other:  Quaker Rice Cakes - White Cheddar, Sunshine Cheez-It Whole Grain Crackers.
