Fat: 25.31g | Prot: 39.39g | Carb: 115.37g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Sugar Free Popsicles. Lunch:  Ham and Cheese Sandwich with Lettuce and Spread on Bun, Skim Milk, Carbmaster Raspberry Yumberry. Dinner:  Orange Juice (Large). Snacks/Other:  French Toast (with Low Fat 2% Milk), Skim Milk.
