Fat: 64.42g | Prot: 84.93g | Carb: 193.57g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, Cranberry Juice, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese, Tater Tots. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Chicken Sandwich, Oatmeal Cookies. Dinner:  Breaded Chicken Cutlet, Green String Beans, Mini Ice Cream Sandwich, Twice Baked Potato.
