Fat: 55.83g | Prot: 102.88g | Carb: 107.03g.   Breakfast:  Egg Substitute (Liquid), Cream Substitute (Powdered), Coffee, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  Hillshire Farm Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Hillshire Farm Deli Select Ultra Thin Honey Ham, Nature's Own Butterbread, Sargento Natural Provolone Cheese. Dinner:  Ground Beef, Traditional Spaghetti Sauce, Smart Taste Pasta, 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese, Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Lettuce, Green Peppers, Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, Shredded Carrots, Shredded Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Sliced Pepperoni, Coke Zero (Can), Superior Rum.
