Lunch:  365 Organic Light Unsweetened Soy Milk, Coffee, Planters Salted Peanuts (2 oz), Sugar, Watermelon. Dinner:  Green Tea, Kale, Kroger Wild Pink Salmon fillets, Minute Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice, Salt, Strawberries. Snacks/Other:  Asian Pears, Dr. Pepper Dr. Pepper, Kirkland Signature Fish Oil Omega 3, Kirkland Signature Sugar Free Calcium Chews, Sprite Sprite.
