Fat: 23.94g | Prot: 70.14g | Carb: 229.13g.   Breakfast:  Groundcherries (Cape-Gooseberries or Poha), Low Fat Milk, palak sabji. Lunch:  Bell Peppers, Broccoli Flower Clusters, Cucumber (Peeled), Deep Tandoori Roti, Hara Bhara Kabab, Kadhai Paneer, Kohinoor Punjabi Kadhi Pakora, manchow soup, Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), Sprouts, Watermelon, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked). Dinner:  Carrots, Cucumber (Peeled), dahi, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Egg White, Tea with Milk and Sugar.
