Fat: 23.94g | Prot: 70.14g | Carb: 229.13g.   Breakfast:  Low Fat Milk, Groundcherries (Cape-Gooseberries or Poha), palak sabji. Lunch:  Broccoli Flower Clusters, Bell Peppers, Sprouts, Cucumber (Peeled), manchow soup, Watermelon, Hara Bhara Kabab, Deep Tandoori Roti, Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), Kohinoor Punjabi Kadhi Pakora, Kadhai Paneer, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked). Dinner:  Carrots, Cucumber (Peeled), Tomatoes, dahi. Snacks/Other:  Tea with Milk and Sugar, Egg White.
