Lunch:  Sweet or Dark Chocolate, Carrots, Chicken Breast, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cooked Cassava (Yuca Blanca, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled), White Rice. Dinner:  Brown Rice, Meat, Sweet or Dark Chocolate. Snacks/Other:  Dried Fruit and Nut Whole Wheat Cookie, Milk (Nonfat).
