Fat: 58.06g | Prot: 81.23g | Carb: 232.35g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Peppered Bacon, Egg and Aged Cheddar Breakfast Sandwich. Lunch:  Apples, Low Fat American Cheese, Shaved Mesquite Turkey Breast, Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins. Dinner:  Avocados , Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (Peeled) , Fruit Smoothie Drink, Lettuce, Light & Fit Yogurt - Strawberry, Long Grain & Wild Rice Vegetable Pilaf, Olives. Snacks/Other:  Dried Prune, Fit Popcorn, Mini Snack Bar - Chocolate Peanut, Pecan Nuts, Show Me The Whey - Vanilla, Snack Cracker, White Cheddar Cheese Wedge.
