Fat: 33.05g | Prot: 105.92g | Carb: 125.62g.   Breakfast:  Protein Bar, Iced Coffee with Milk, Deli Express Turkey Breast Roast. Lunch:  Gazpacho, Strawberries, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat). Dinner:  Steamed or Boiled Shrimp, Chopped Romaine, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel). Snacks/Other:  Gala Apples, Cheese Stick, Iced Coffee with Milk.
