Fat: 49.61g | Prot: 66.75g | Carb: 212.00g.   Breakfast:  Banana, Coffee with Cream, Granulated Sugar. Lunch:  American Type Grapes (Slip Skin), Everything Bagel, Fat Free Italian Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Mayo Real Mayonnaise, Skinless & Boneless Pink Salmon in Water. Dinner:  Culinary Collection Herb Roasted Chicken. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Wasabi & Soy Sauce, Cell Tech Performance Series, Pro Performance Soy Protein 95, Vanilla Kreme Filled Donut.
