Lunch:  Honeydew Melons, EverRoast Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, Baby Spinach, Reduced Fat Mayo with Olive Oil, 100% Whole Wheat Sliced Bread, Spicy Brown Mustard, Lowfat Cottage Cheese, Tomatoes, Simple Truth Organic Chocolate Soymilk. Dinner:  Skillet Veggies, Kroger Wild Pink Salmon fillets, Whole Grain Brown Rice, Salt. Snacks/Other:  Walnuts, Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein - Strawberry, Dos Equis XX Lager, Kirkland Calcium Chews, Mocha Coffee, mom Multigrain spooners.
