Fat: 142.58g | Prot: 167.32g | Carb: 137.13g.   Lunch:  Brown Rice, Cheddar Cheese, Chicken, Cream Of Mushroom Soup (Canned, Condensed), Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots. Dinner:  Beef Inside Skirt Steak (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Grilled Zucchini, Guacamole, Mixed Salad Greens. Snacks/Other:  Lowfat Mango Greek Yogurt.
