Fat: 39.13g | Prot: 84.93g | Carb: 173.29g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream (Half & Half), Jack Link's Original Beef Jerky, Kashi GOLEAN Crunch! Cereal, Whole Foods Market Stevia. Lunch:  Granny Smith Apples, Ken's Steak House Kens Lite Creamy Parmesan with Cracked Peppercorn Dressing, Organic Girl Baby Spring Mix, Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless). Dinner:  GOLEAN Crunch! Cereal, Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwiche - Snickerdoodle, Milk (Whole Milk), Pepperoni & Cheese Roll. Snacks/Other:  Wegmans Baby-cut California Carrots.
