Fat: 70.77g | Prot: 101.53g | Carb: 289.64g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat), Plain French Toast, Pineapple Juice. Lunch:  Mousse (Flavors Other Than Chocolate), Broiled or Baked Beef Steak, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked). Dinner:  Carrots, Brown Rice, Cooked Cassava (Yuca Blanca, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other:  Dried Fruit and Nut Whole Wheat Cookie, Milk (Nonfat), Bananas.
