Fat: 56.30g | Prot: 80.53g | Carb: 239.94g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat), Bananas, Kraft Minute Tapioca, Nonfat Fruit Variety Yogurt (Sweetened with Low Calorie Sweetener). Lunch:  Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Lettuce, Tomatoes, Broiled or Baked Beef Steak, Cooked Cassava (Yuca Blanca, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Mousse (Flavors Other Than Chocolate). Dinner:  Tomatoes, Brown Rice, Lettuce, Carrots, Salmon, Palm Hearts, Sweet or Dark Chocolate. Snacks/Other:  Pineapple Juice.
