Fat: 55.64g | Prot: 76.32g | Carb: 257.20g.   Breakfast:  Reduced Fat Peanut Butter, Tea (Brewed), Warburton's Medium Sliced Wholemeal Bread, Bran Flakes, Alpro Soya Unsweetened Soya Milk. Lunch:  Celery, Sugar, Soy Sauce (Shoyu) (Low Sodium), konnyaku, Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Egg, Cherry Tomatoes, Broccoli Flower Clusters, dried okara. Dinner:  pasta sauce, tuna, dry spaghetti. Snacks/Other:  Asda 70% organice dark chocolate with cocoa nib, Chianti Wine, dried okara.
