Fat: 107.27g | Prot: 95.68g | Carb: 44.71g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Egg, Ground Elk Meat, Half and Half Cream, Monterey Jack Natural Cheese, Spinach . Lunch:  Black Forest Ham, Feta Cheese, Garden Salad, Iced Coffee with Cream, Olive Oil, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Avocados, Carnitas Fried Pork, Cilantro Salad Dressing, Cole Slaw, Hampshire Sour Cream, Romaine. Snacks/Other:  All Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Celery, Mascarpone, Pork Cracklins, Sugar Free Dark Chocolate.
