Fat: 42.05g | Prot: 117.44g | Carb: 308.19g.   Breakfast:  Brazil Nuts, Whole Wheat Bread, Apples. Lunch:  Chicken Breast, Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Carrots, Tomatoes, Lettuce. Dinner:  Skinless Chicken Breast, Swiss Cheese, Milk Chocolate Candies (with Almonds), Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled). Snacks/Other:  Nonfat Fruit Variety Yogurt (Sweetened with Low Calorie Sweetener), Wheat Melba Toast, Milk (Nonfat), Fruit Salad, Granola.
