Fat: 42.05g | Prot: 117.44g | Carb: 308.19g.   Breakfast:  Apples, Brazil Nuts, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Carrots, Chicken Breast, Lettuce, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Milk Chocolate Candies (with Almonds), Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled), Skinless Chicken Breast, Swiss Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Fruit Salad, Granola, Milk (Nonfat), Nonfat Fruit Variety Yogurt (Sweetened with Low Calorie Sweetener), Wheat Melba Toast.
