Lunch:  Broccoli , Cheddar Cheese , Deli Sliced Beef Luncheon Meat, Light Original Flatbread. Dinner:  Avocados , Cherry Tomatoes, Chicken Breast, Chicken Drumstick, Chicken Thigh, Chicken Wing, Cos or Romaine Lettuce , Cucumber (with Peel) , Light Greek Vinaigrette, Spinach , Strawberries, Walnuts. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Advantage Chocolate Chip Granola Bar, Blackberries , Celery , Cottage Cheese , Crystal Light on the Go Sugar Free packets, Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, Wintergreen Mints.
