Fat: 102.67g | Prot: 115.28g | Carb: 360.98g.   Lunch:  Arnold Sandwich Thins 100% Whole Grain, Pickles, Stuffed Green Olives, Tuna Salad, Wise Foods All Natural Potato Chips. Dinner:  Pasta or Macaroni Salad with Oil and Vinegar-Type Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Publix Fat Free Light Cherry Yogurt.
