Lunch:  Sweet Italian Sausage, Creamy Marinara and Cavatappi Pasta. Dinner:  Meat Loaf Made with Beef, Yellow Sweet Corn (Kernels On Cob, Without Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Light Original Buttery Spread with Flax Oil. Snacks/Other:  Whoppers Eggs.
