Fat: 56.00g | Prot: 63.61g | Carb: 123.73g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Honey Nut Cheerios, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  Creamy Marinara and Cavatappi Pasta, Sweet Italian Sausage. Dinner:  Light Original Buttery Spread with Flax Oil, Meat Loaf Made with Beef, Yellow Sweet Corn (Kernels On Cob, Without Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled). Snacks/Other:  Whoppers Eggs.
