Fat: 38.96g | Prot: 96.70g | Carb: 226.71g.   Breakfast:  Bauducco Multi-Grain Toast, Nonfat Fruit Variety Yogurt (Sweetened with Low Calorie Sweetener), Welch's Grape Jelly. Lunch:  Beets, Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Carrots, Chicken Breast, Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled). Dinner:  Brown Rice, Cooked Green Cabbage, Cooked Pumpkin, Salmon. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Cupcake with Icing, Milk (Nonfat).
