Fat: 38.96g | Prot: 96.70g | Carb: 226.71g.   Breakfast:  Nonfat Fruit Variety Yogurt (Sweetened with Low Calorie Sweetener), Welch's Grape Jelly, Bauducco Multi-Grain Toast. Lunch:  Beets, Carrots, Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled), Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Brown Rice, Cooked Pumpkin, Salmon, Cooked Green Cabbage. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Milk (Nonfat), Cupcake with Icing.
