Fat: 61.92g | Prot: 82.48g | Carb: 233.59g.   Breakfast:  Brazil Nuts, Nonfat Fruit Variety Yogurt (Sweetened with Low Calorie Sweetener), Bauducco Multi-Grain Toast, Welch's Grape Jelly. Lunch:  Chicken Breast, Carrots, Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled), Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Sweet Potato, Cooked Pumpkin, Coca-Cola Coca-Cola Classic (20 oz). Dinner:  Chicken Pot Pie Entree (Frozen). Snacks/Other:  Cottage Cheese, Kraft Minute Tapioca, Granola, Fruit Salad, Nonfat Fruit Variety Yogurt (Sweetened with Low Calorie Sweetener).
