Fat: 173.59g | Prot: 167.34g | Carb: 253.70g.   Breakfast:  Boar's Head Black Forest Deli Ham, Publix Greenwise Fat Free Milk, Publix New York Style Potato Salad, Trader Joe's Jarlsberg Cheese. Lunch:  Arnold Sandwich Thins 100% Whole Grain, Boar's Head All Natural Roasted Turkey Breast, Mayonnaise, Pasta or Macaroni Salad with Oil and Vinegar-Type Dressing. Dinner:  McDonald's French Fries (Large), McDonald's McDouble. Snacks/Other:  Peanuts in Shell (Shell Not Eaten).
