Fat: 131.61g | Prot: 113.98g | Carb: 195.47g.   Breakfast:  Dunkin' Donuts Iced Coffee with Milk, Dunkin' Donuts Egg and Cheese on Croissant. Lunch:  Chicken Salad or Chicken Spread Sandwich, M&M Meat Shops Battered Zucchini Sticks. Dinner:  Stuffed Mushrooms, Longhorn Steakhouse Grilled White Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms, Longhorn Steakhouse Western Cheese Fries, Longhorn Steakhouse Mixed Greens Side Salad, Longhorn Steakhouse Flat Iron Steak, Longhorn Steakhouse Plain Sweet Potato. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Chip Cookie.
