Fat: 131.61g | Prot: 113.98g | Carb: 195.47g.   Breakfast:  Dunkin' Donuts Egg and Cheese on Croissant, Dunkin' Donuts Iced Coffee with Milk. Lunch:  Chicken Salad or Chicken Spread Sandwich, M&M Meat Shops Battered Zucchini Sticks. Dinner:  Longhorn Steakhouse Flat Iron Steak, Longhorn Steakhouse Grilled White Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms, Longhorn Steakhouse Mixed Greens Side Salad, Longhorn Steakhouse Plain Sweet Potato, Longhorn Steakhouse Western Cheese Fries, Stuffed Mushrooms. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Chip Cookie.
