Fat: 59.14g | Prot: 117.32g | Carb: 136.25g.   Breakfast:  Kashi GOLEAN Naturally Sweetened Fiber Twigs, Soy Protein Grahams and Honey Puff Cereal, 1% Fat Milk, Sunsweet Plum Amazins. Lunch:  Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added), 100% Premium Chocolate Whey Protein, 2% Fat Milk. Dinner:  Schwan's Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Cooked Eggplant (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Sour Cream, Dickey's Barbecue Oven Roasted New Potatoes. Snacks/Other:  Quest Chocolate Brownie, White Table Wine, Breyers Double Churn No Sugar Added Vanilla Ice Cream.
