Fat: 62.13g | Prot: 104.52g | Carb: 240.23g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat), Chocolate Cake (Without Frosting). Lunch:  Tomatoes, oregano, pepper, Carrots, Cucumber (Peeled), Zucchini, Chicken Breast, Apple Strudel, Corn. Dinner:  Brown Rice, Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Cooked Pumpkin, Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Frosting). Snacks/Other:  Dried Fruit and Nut Whole Wheat Cookie, Milk (Nonfat), Granola, Bananas, Cappuccino.
