Fat: 62.13g | Prot: 104.52g | Carb: 240.23g.   Breakfast:  Chocolate Cake (Without Frosting), Milk (Nonfat). Lunch:  Apple Strudel, Carrots, Chicken Breast, Corn, Cucumber (Peeled), oregano, pepper, Tomatoes, Zucchini. Dinner:  Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Brown Rice, Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Frosting), Cooked Pumpkin. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Cappuccino, Dried Fruit and Nut Whole Wheat Cookie, Granola, Milk (Nonfat).
