Lunch:  Tomatoes, Mixed Salad Greens, Avocados, Cucumber (Peeled), Market Pantry Healthy Smoked Honey Turkey Breast, Archer Farms Sesame Ginger Dressing. Dinner:  Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Margarine, Sour Cream, Fit & Active 2% Milk Mild Cheddar Reduced Fat Shredded Cheese, Qdoba Mexican Grill Grilled Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Snyder's of Hanover Mini Pretzels, Market Pantry Mixed Nuts, Raisins, Chocolate Cupcake with Icing or Filling, PowerBar Triple Threat - Caramel Peanut Fusion, Apples.
