Fat: 37.34g | Prot: 82.21g | Carb: 127.66g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Boiled Egg, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Coffee with Milk and Sugar. Lunch:  Weight Watchers Garden Veggie Omelette, Pepper. Dinner:  Full Circle Organic Lentil Soup, Arctic Shores Cooked Shrimp. Snacks/Other:  Walnuts, Oatmeal, Sugar, Kale, Water, Mozzarella Cheese.
