Fat: 65.09g | Prot: 62.78g | Carb: 87.88g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), shortbread. Lunch:  banana, beef, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Dinner:  asparagus, broccoli, carrot, chicken breast, flaxseed oil, leeks, onion, salad, sunflower oil, white wine. Snacks/Other:  chocolate.
