Fat: 49.78g | Prot: 80.24g | Carb: 259.18g.   Breakfast:  Brazil Nuts, Orange Juice, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Beets, Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Chicken Breast, Lettuce, Sweet or Dark Chocolate, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Mozzarella Cheese (Whole Milk), Palm Hearts, Skinless Chicken Breast, Tomatoes, Whole Wheat Tortilla. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Frosting), Dried Fruit and Nut Whole Wheat Cookie, Fruit Salad, Granola, Mangos, Nonfat Fruit Variety Yogurt (Sweetened with Low Calorie Sweetener), Torte Cake.
