Fat: 49.78g | Prot: 80.24g | Carb: 259.18g.   Breakfast:  Brazil Nuts, Whole Wheat Bread, Orange Juice. Lunch:  Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Chicken Breast, Beets, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Sweet or Dark Chocolate. Dinner:  Tomatoes, Whole Wheat Tortilla, Palm Hearts, Skinless Chicken Breast, Mozzarella Cheese (Whole Milk). Snacks/Other:  Nonfat Fruit Variety Yogurt (Sweetened with Low Calorie Sweetener), Fruit Salad, Dried Fruit and Nut Whole Wheat Cookie, Granola, Mangos, Torte Cake, Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Frosting).
