Fat: 35.58g | Prot: 67.42g | Carb: 286.34g.   Breakfast:  Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Cheerios, Bananas , 100% Low Sodium Vegetable Juice (5.5 oz), Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Cheerios, Bananas , 100% Low Sodium Vegetable Juice (5.5 oz). Lunch:  14" Pepperoni Pizza. Dinner:  Pork Chop, French Bread Rolls, Red Table Wine , Spanakopita, Ziti, Mixed Salad Greens. Snacks/Other:  Pita Bite Crackers.
