Fat: 66.54g | Prot: 104.03g | Carb: 153.02g.   Breakfast:  Lowfat Strawberry Banana Greek Yogurt, Cinnamon Raisin Bread, Cheese Spreads - Pineapple. Lunch:  2% Fat Milk, 100% Whey Protein - Natural Flavor, Quinoa Traditional, Sweet Red Peppers, Chick Peas, Olive Oil, Cranberry Nut Trail Mix. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Shrimp, Beef Tenderloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Cabernet Sauvignon, Cooked Artichoke (from Fresh), Portabella Mushrooms, Valenciana Style Paella with Meat (Paella Valenciana), Caramel Flan. Snacks/Other:  Tortilla Strips.
