Fat: 78.23g | Prot: 116.12g | Carb: 243.60g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Deli Sliced Ham, Mozzarella Cheese, Plain Pancakes, Syrup. Lunch:  Plain Muffin, Plain Yogurt, Protein Bar, White Rice. Dinner:  Beer, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Chicken Drumstick, Mixed Vegetables (Frozen). Snacks/Other:  Ice Cream, Peanut Butter.
