Fat: 78.23g | Prot: 116.12g | Carb: 243.60g.   Breakfast:  Plain Pancakes, Deli Sliced Ham, Mozzarella Cheese, Bananas, Syrup. Lunch:  Plain Yogurt, White Rice, Protein Bar, Plain Muffin. Dinner:  Chicken Drumstick, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), Beer. Snacks/Other:  Ice Cream, Peanut Butter.
