Fat: 113.94g | Prot: 170.30g | Carb: 314.98g.   Breakfast:  Builder's Bar - Peanut Butter. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), White Turkey (Deli Cut Rotisserie) . Dinner:  Brown Rice, Chicken Breast, Italian Salad Dressing (Fat Free) , Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Granola Bars - Chocolate Chip, Chewy Granola Bars - Chocolate Chip, Ice Cream Cone, Movie Theater Popcorn (Large), Rice & Adzuki Bean Snack Chips.
