Fat: 18.68g | Prot: 55.17g | Carb: 232.12g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat), Bauducco Multi-Grain Toast, Welch's Grape Jelly, Brazil Nuts. Lunch:  Tilapia (Fish), Mashed Potato, Broccoli, Energy Kitchen Mixed Veggies. Dinner:  Whole Wheat Tortilla, Lettuce. Snacks/Other:  Soft Pretzels, Mangos.
