Dinner:  Broiled or Baked Pork Chop, Cooked Vegetable Type Stew (Including Potatoes, Carrots, Onions and Celery), Long Grain & Wild Rice. Snacks/Other:  Lo-carb Monster Energy, Lo-carb Monster Energy.
