Fat: 97.18g | Prot: 101.35g | Carb: 240.66g.   Breakfast:  Whole Wheat Bread, Butter, Chicken Liver Pate (Canned), Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Egg Yolk, California Avocados, Tomatoes. Lunch:  Dark Chocolate Nutrition Bar - Double Dark Chocolate, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Tuna in Water (Canned), California Avocados, Raisin Cinnamon Swirl Bread, Smooth Peanut Butter (with Salt), Jam Preserves. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Rice Noodles (Cooked), Mangos. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Ice Cream, Hazelnuts or Filberts Nuts.
