Fat: 97.18g | Prot: 101.35g | Carb: 240.66g.   Breakfast:  Butter, California Avocados, Chicken Liver Pate (Canned), Egg Yolk, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Tomatoes, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  California Avocados, Dark Chocolate Nutrition Bar - Double Dark Chocolate, Jam Preserves, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Raisin Cinnamon Swirl Bread, Smooth Peanut Butter (with Salt), Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Mangos, Rice Noodles (Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Hazelnuts or Filberts Nuts, Ice Cream.
