Fat: 64.61g | Prot: 69.69g | Carb: 114.43g.   Breakfast:  Nonfat Blood Orange Greek Yogurt, Organic Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup. Lunch:  Blueberry Pie, Greek Salad, Oatmeal Cookies (with Raisins). Dinner:  Baby Spinach, Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Not Eaten), Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Butter , Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other:  Excellence Intense Orange Dark Chocolate.
