Fat: 45.48g | Prot: 104.01g | Carb: 287.68g.   Breakfast:  Whole Wheat Bread, Butter, Deli Sliced Ham, Egg Yolk. Lunch:  Protein Bar, Halvah, Spaghetti, Fruit Smoothie (made with Fruit or Fruit Juice only). Dinner:  Rice Noodles (Cooked), Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey, Beer. Snacks/Other:  Peanut M&M's (Fun Size), Peanut Butter M&M's (Fun Size), Vodka, Cranberry Juice.
