Fat: 19.39g | Prot: 36.71g | Carb: 115.51g.   Breakfast:  Dasani Bottled Water, Apple Juice (Canned or Bottled), Sara Lee Soft & Smooth 35% Whole Grain White Bread, Trader Joe's Creamy Unsalted Peanut Butter, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Sweetened with Fruit Juice Concentrates). Lunch:  Tilapia with Cherry Salsa, Grapefruit (Pink and Red). Snacks/Other:  Water.
