Lunch:  Whole Wheat Bread, Tuna in Water (Canned), Mayonnaise, Whole Wheat Bread, Chicken Liver Pate (Canned), Egg. Dinner:  Veggie Burgers, Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls, Tomato Soup, Red Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Peanut Butter, Popsicle.
