Fat: 39.95g | Prot: 38.63g | Carb: 79.09g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Milk and Sugar, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat. Lunch:  Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts, Calavo Pico de Gallo Guacamole. Dinner:  Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh, Fat Added in Cooking), Cherry Tomatoes, Coffee with Milk and Sugar.
