Fat: 39.95g | Prot: 38.63g | Carb: 79.09g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Milk and Sugar, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat. Lunch:  Calavo Pico de Gallo Guacamole, Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts. Dinner:  Cherry Tomatoes, Coffee with Milk and Sugar, Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh, Fat Added in Cooking).
