Lunch:  Clearspring Organic Baby Spring Mix with Herbs, Olive Oil, Private Selection Balsamic Vinegar, Trader Joe's Crumbled Feta. Dinner:  Organic Baby Spring Mix with Herbs, Pork Loin (Country-Style Ribs). Snacks/Other:  Lindt Excellence 90% Cocoa Supreme Dark, Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries, Whipped Heavy Cream (Unsweetened).
