Fat: 35.04g | Prot: 55.55g | Carb: 61.54g.   Breakfast:  Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, Bacon (Cured, Microwaved, Cooked), Coffee with Milk and Sugar. Lunch:  Calavo Pico de Gallo Guacamole, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat. Dinner:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Coffee with Cream and Sugar.
